We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our apparel that appear at the store. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. 4. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment & Split Shipments
UrbanAmp utilizes a custom print-on-demand fulfillment model. This means that when you place an order, your apparel is manufactured specifically for you.

Production Times: Please allow for standard production and processing times before your item is shipped.

Split Shipments: Because our products are custom-made, orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled by different facilities depending on the product type. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages via split shipments on different days.
5. Strict Return Policy
Because our apparel is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand pipeline, we enforce a strict return policy.

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if there is a manufacturing misprint. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Buyer’s Remorse & Sizing: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for ordering the incorrect size. Please carefully review the sizing charts provided on our product pages before completing your purchase.
6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
