Content & Likeness Takedown Policy
1. Media & Social Content UrbanAmp frequently documents our lifestyle, community events, and apparel in public spaces. We share these photographs and video clips on our website and social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat) to celebrate the UrbanAmp community.
2. Right of Publicity & Takedown Requests We respect your privacy and your right to publicity. If you appear in a photograph or video clip posted by UrbanAmp on our website or official social media channels and you do not wish to be featured, we will promptly honor your request to have the content removed, blurred, or cropped.
3. How to Request a Takedown To request the removal of your image or likeness, please Email Legal Here with the subject line: “Likeness Takedown Request.”
To help us locate and remove the content as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

Statement of Identity: A brief statement confirming that you are the individual depicted in the content, or that you are the parent/legal guardian of a minor depicted in the content.
4. Processing Time Upon receiving a complete takedown request, our team will review and take action to remove, crop, or obscure your likeness from the specified content within 72 business hours. Please note that while we will remove the content from our official channels, we cannot control or remove content that has been screenshotted, saved, or reposted by independent third-party users.
