All Sales Are Final: No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges.
Because every UrbanAmp product is custom-made to order specifically for you, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or simply changing your mind.
Please review our size charts carefully and double-check your order details before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed and sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors
We stand by the quality of our gear. Our products are fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing/printing error, Printful will provide a free replacement or a refund.
To qualify for a replacement or refund for a damaged/defective item, you must:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.

Provide clear, high-resolution photos of the defect, the entire product, and the packing slip.

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Please email this information directly to support@urbanamp.co . We will submit the claim to Printful on your behalf. If the claim is approved by Printful’s quality assurance team, a replacement will be issued at no cost to you.
What is NOT Covered:

Wrong Size Ordered: We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you ordered the wrong size.

Lost in Transit (Customer Error): We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Buyer’s remorse: The customer simply changed their mind.
